What happens on a breach

The FAQ says automated systems used without permission can lead to account restrictions under the terms. For funded accounts that came from evaluations bought on or after 2 February 2026, any breach of the funded rules makes the account ineligible for payout, including profits on it at that time. Older accounts keep the previous payout rules.

The FAQ also says the team can review trading history and refuse a pass or a payout if the trading does not look like sustainable risk management.

Grey areas

There is no published minimum holding time for the scalping rule, and no definition of all-in trading. If a strategy depends on either, ask support in writing before you trade it. More: news trading, payout rules.
